Alamogordo Public Library - Oral History Collection

The oral history audio files were a project completed by staff of the Alamogordo Public Library, mostly throughout the 1970s. It is a varied collection that contains materials such as interviews with local persons, music, and lectures presented for organizations such as the Tularosa Basin Historical Society, and the Friends of the Alamogordo Public Library. The collection was originally recorded on cassette tapes and then transferred to discs. Finally, we have digital recordings of the files.
